Strawberry & Cream Gelato (Ríva Frosty Recipe)

Ingredients (1 Frosty Bowl):

1 cup fresh strawberries (washed & hulled)

½ cup full cream milk

½ cup double cream (or heavy cream)

2 tbsp sugar (or honey for a natural option)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:

Blend strawberries, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a Ríva Frosty Bowl.
